Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Telouat Kasbah – Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah – Ouarzazate

Commencing the 6 days tour from Marrakech to Fes, an early pick-up awaits you from Marrakech airport or your accommodation. start a fascinating journey through the captivating High Atlas Mountains and therefore the mesmerizing Tizi-N-Tichka pass, with stops offering panoramic views of the awe-inspiring landscapes. Our adventure continues with a visit to the Kasbah of Telouat.

Next, we venture to the renowned Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a fortified village honored as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This historic Kasbah has left its mark in blockbuster movies like Gladiator, Alexander, The Mummy, and television series, including Game Of Thrones. Subsequently, our route leads us to “The Gate of the Desert,” Ouarzazate, where you’ll enjoy dinner and a cushty overnight stay during a hotel. Brace yourself for each day crammed with cultural richness and cinematic allure.  


Day 2: Ouarzazate – Skoura (Kasbah Amridil) – Rose valley – Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Erfoud -Merzouga Sahara – overnight during a desert camp

Following breakfast, our adventure continues as we visit the Atlas Studio, where scenes from famous movies were filmed, and explore the Taourirt Kasbah in Ouarzazate. Our journey then takes us southeast to the Amridil Kasbah, surrounded by palm groves in Skoura. Continuing, we head to the Rose Valley, known for its annual Rose Festival in May, where locals showcase rose products, including perfumes, rose water, oils, and cosmetics.

Driving through the Dades valley, we pause at a scenic spot overlooking the valley, offering a wide ranging view of the Dades gorges. Our route then results in the Todra Gorges, where the Todra river has carved out a Grand Canyon with high red cliff sides. Enjoy some free time for lunch and be happy to wander within the gorges, appreciating the sweetness of the landscape.

In the afternoon, we reach the Sahara of Merzouga. Transition to camels for a singular trek across the sandy desert. Pause atop a high dune to witness the magical sunset before continuing to the luxurious desert camp. Here, enjoy the rhythmic beats of Berber drums, dance round the campfire beneath the vast open sky crammed with stars. The night within the camp promises a pleasant dinner and a fascinating overnight stay within the heart of the Sahara.  


Day 3: Explore Merzouga region – Nomads – Khamlia – Merzouga lake – Erg Chebbi – palm grove

Awaken to the serene great thing about the desert as witnessing the sunrise becomes a must-do. Enjoy some free time for breakfast before returning on camels to Merzouga, where your driver awaits. Today is devoted to exploring the various region of Merzouga, crammed with incredible sites starting from sand dunes and wild lakes to mines, fossils areas, and plush oases – offering an array of opportunities for outdoor activities.

Our journey begins in Merzouga with an off-road drive to go to an ancient eyeliner mine. Pay a visit to the nomads in their handmade woven tents, gaining insights into their way of life while sipping on traditional Berber tea. the journey continues to the Khamlia village, where you’ll enjoyment of Gnaoua music and dancing performances by inhabitants originating from sub-Saharan countries like Mali, Sudan, and Niger.

Enjoy some free time for lunch during a local restaurant before taking a leisurely stroll through a palm grove. Later, drive a couple of kilometers to witness the wild lake of Merzouga, also referred to as the flamingos lake. Conclude the day with dinner and an overnight stay during a hotel, surrounded by the captivating landscapes of Merzouga.  


Day 4: Merzouga Dunes – Erfoud – Midelt – cedars forest – Ifrane – Fes

Following breakfast, we depart the desert to explore Rissani, the historical capital of Tafilalet, which remains a prominent trading hub with a vibrant souk persisted Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. After a leisurely stroll through the Rissani souk, we proceed to Erfoud, where we visit a workshop specializing in fossilized marble.

Subsequently, our journey takes us along the Ziz River, pausing for a bird’s eye view of the Ziz Valley. Enjoy some free time for lunch in Midelt. Continuing our route, we reach the cedar forest, home to the Barbary Macaques. be happy to feed these captivating creatures as you wander through the forest.

Next, we visit Ifrane, renowned for its cool climate, snowfall, and alpine-style houses, earning it the nickname “Switzerland of Morocco.” Finally, we drop you off at your accommodation in Fes, concluding this diverse and captivating excursion.  


Day 5: Guided tour sightseeing Fes

  We collect you from your lodgings in Fes following breakfast to venture into the town. Fes, recognized as an imperial city, is the cultural and non secular hub of Morocco.

Our day begins with a visit to the Royal Palace gate, followed by a search of the well-preserved medieval Medina, acknowledged as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. the doorway to the old Medina, referred to as the Blue Gate or Bab Boujloud, sets the stage. With an area guide, you’ll navigate the Medina, visiting landmarks like the Medrasa Bouanania, the Najjarine fountain, the Tanneries, and concluding with the Quaraouin mosque and university, the world’s oldest university.

Exiting the Medina, our journey continues to the Jewish quarter, referred to as “the Mellah.” We then drive to an ancient fortress, offering panoramic views of the Medina and therefore the city of Fes. Finally, we return to your riad, concluding the day’s exploration.  


Day 6: Transfer to the airport

Culture, experiences and incredible landscapes
